Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
To reduce waste, all of our products are made to order. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays. If you need your shipment send out sooner than this, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone. If you purchased expedited shipping, the shipping carrier you purchased this from will honor your expedited shipping.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping rates outside of the US are calculated based on your location and the weight of your products. All final shipping pricing will be displayed at checkout. All international shipping is facilitated by DHL. Free shipping promotions are not applied to international shipping and are only applicable to the lower 48 USA.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Burnt Co. ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
If an email address was provided on your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Burnt Co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Burnt Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Burnt Co ships outside of the US to select countries. All shipping fees for international shipping will be applied at checkout after shipping information and destination have been entered and product weight has been calculated.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our shipping carriers. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled refunded. and/or will be shipped out as ordered.
Burnt Co will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. If the package was sent to the incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for all fees up to and including the cost of the product and any shipping charges.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:
Please have your order number ready. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 30 days for the investigation.
Burnt Co. is committed to doing our part to keep the outdoors clean and beautiful. We use sustainable, recyclable, or compostable materials whenever possible on all of our shipments to help keep the outdoors wild and free.
